Private Italo-Filipino restaurant
Dinner in the next lagoon
A restaurant houseboat moored in Green Lagoon, open only to guests who stay overnight — completely off the grid, with its own solar power and fresh water.
How it works
Fresh, because it is planned
Choose the day before
We buy the ingredients at Coron's fresh market early on the day itself, so please confirm your dishes the evening before — we never stock food.
Bought fresh that morning
Fried calamari, carbonara or pasta al nero di seppia, crab or king prawns in coconut milk, crêpes with Nutella — Filipino and Italian, cooked instantly.
At your table or on your deck
Eat in the restaurant lagoon next door, or ask for free delivery to the open cottage on your own private deck.
Nothing to spoil it
The restaurant is private to overnight guests, so it never fills with day-trippers — and no waste ever reaches the sea.
At the table
Olive oil from Modena
Every table has free Italian extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar from Modena, a good selection of mostly Italian white and red wines, cold beers and cocktails — at prices the same as or lower than most restaurants in Coron town.
- Prices do not include the 12 % VAT, added to the final bill
- No service charge — if you tip, leave one common tip at reception so everyone benefits, including the crews who carry waste water to the septic tank on another island
- The same menu is packed for your speedboat trips
